Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty, or upper eyelid lift, is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the upper eyelids to create a more youthful, refreshed appearance. This procedure can also improve vision in patients whose sagging upper eyelid skin obstructs their line of sight.
Upper eyelid blepharoplasty is suitable for non-smoking patients who have excess skin of the upper eyelids, puffy upper eyelids due to fat deposits, and low hanging upper eyelids. Make sure you discuss with your plastic surgeon if you have dry eyes, recent eye surgery (eg LASIK), or thyroid conditions.

Excess skin and fat are carefully removed, and the underlying muscles may be tightened if needed. - Incision closure
The incisions are closed with fine sutures.
