Financial Policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable; however, they may be applied toward the cost of future treatments if scheduled. Missed consultations or cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the appointment will forfeit the consultation fee. Surgical estimates provided by our practice are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. If surgery is not scheduled within this time frame, the estimate will expire, and a new quote will be required. Prices are subject to change based on provider fees, facility costs, and other variables, and the final amount due will reflect the pricing in effect at the time of scheduling. To secure a surgical date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling, with the remaining balance due no later than seven (7) days prior to the procedure. Surgery dates may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is provided at least fourteen (14) days in advance. Additional reschedules, or reschedule requests made fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the procedure, may result in forfeiture of the deposit or assessment of an administrative fee to cover scheduling, staffing, and facility costs. Payment for non-surgical treatments is due in full on the date of service, and all prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable. Surgical and treatment fees include provider time, staff services, and facility resources and are not eligible for refund once services have been rendered. Retail products may be returned only if unopened and accompanied by the original receipt within seven(7) days of purchase.
